Hookah, also known as Shisha, Narguile, Waterpipe, as we know today is dated back to the 16 th century from north western Indian provinces where from there spread through the Persia Kingdom most popular between the upper class and intellectuals. The hookah grew deeply rooted in the culture of Indian, Persian, Turkish, Egyptian, Asian, Northern African and many middle eastern family.
The owners being from Jordan grew up part of this culture, at a young age both decided to follow the culinary world and became chefs each one in their own path.
Chef Ayman has worked on the executive level at some of Hilton‘s finest hotels and restaurants around the world, His love for cooking was handed down from mother to son. His knowledge of Jordanian and middle eastern cuisine spans generation.
Chef Hytham consider himself an artistic pastry chef, working in Jordan and the golf countries, catering for the Saudi prince Mohammad Ben-Salam in his special events. Chef Hytham have passion for dessert as well as middle eastern food and unique Arabic sweets.
Together, they bring an Authentic/Modern middle eastern way of enjoy life through desserts, savory bites and least but not last traditional Hookah experience.
